I have 20 acres near Eureka that I am building on soon. The home site has is leveled with a road, power, well and septic. I’m interested in a small timber frame home with less than 1000 sqft of heated living space and approximately 400-500 sqft of open unheated living area that is perhaps screened in with removable windows for colder weather.
